Up to 6 months from the day your flowers arrive with us. Every piece is handmade to order: the flowers are dried slowly, arranged by hand and set in resin in layers, and none of that can be rushed without affecting the finish. In the rare case an order takes more than 12 months for reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Before your wedding or event. Booking reserves your place, and your order form asks for the date you'll send your flowers, so we can plan around your day.

Booking early also means you can prepare ahead: your order confirmation email explains exactly how to pack and send your flowers, so you'll have everything ready before the day. And with interest-free instalments through Klarna or Clearpay, you can spread the cost and have it paid off before the big day.

We currently serve the UK only. After you order, your confirmation email links to a step-by-step guide for fresh flowers and one for dried flowers. Post them to:

Either. Fresh flowers sent quickly after your day give the best colour, because we control the drying from the start. Dried flowers are welcome too, but they must be completely dry, with no moisture at all. Any moisture can cause mould or stop the resin setting, and we can't be responsible for problems from flowers dried at home. You'll tell us which you're sending on your order form.

Yes. For every piece except our add-ons and bespoke jewellery, there's a design stage where you're sent 3 design options for each piece, and you choose your favourite before your flowers are set in resin.

Yes. Choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout to pay in interest-free instalments, so you can spread the cost and have it paid off before your big day. Shop Pay also offers instalments, and we accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
