Refund Policy

1. Custom Preservation Orders

Cancellation within 24 Hours:
If you cancel a custom preservation order within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of 100%.

Cancellation After 24 Hours:
For cancellations requested after 24 hours, refunds will not be issued. This policy is firm, and exceptions cannot be made.

2. Returns
Personalized and custom items are sold on an "as-is" basis and are not eligible for return.

3. Rescheduling
Flower arrival dates can be rescheduled at any time without incurring additional fees. Payments for orders can be used as credit towards a new date within 1 year of the original scheduled date.

4. Lost or Damaged Bouquets
Dahlia & Rose (D&R) is not responsible for bouquets that are lost, stolen, or damaged. This includes any incidents that occur during the event or transit. We prepare for each order in advance by purchasing necessary supplies. Unfortunately, we do not offer full refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged bouquets.

Options for Lost or Damaged Bouquets:

Lost Bouquets During Shipping:
For bouquets lost in shipping, proof of the lost package (such as a tracking number) is required. We offer a 50% refund for bouquets proven to be lost in transit, based on the provided tracking proof.

Sending a Replica Bouquet:
Clients may send a replica bouquet through their original florist or deliver it directly to us. Alternatively, you may dry the flowers yourself using our drying instructions and send them at a later date to avoid overnight shipping fees.

Ordering a Replica Bouquet:
Clients may order a replica bouquet using Dahlia & Rose’s stock flowers if we have the required dried flowers available.

Preserving a Damaged Bouquet:
We can attempt to preserve damaged bouquets, though some browning or bruising may be visible in the final product. If flowers have excessive browning, mold, mildew, or rot, we may not be able to preserve them to our usual standards.
