How long does the process take?
This depends on the size of your order and whether your flowers were delivered to us fresh or dried. Both flower drying and resin curing are process that can take several weeks. We estimate roughly 3-4 months for your order however this is subject to change.
How do I ship you my flowers?
After placing an order, you will automatically receive shipping instructions that details exactly how to ship your flowers based on whether they're dry or fresh. Please note, we only service the UK currently and rely on UK-based shipping service, Royal Mail, if you’d like a particular courier service please let us know when booking your preservation service, obliging with your request is at our discretion.
Do you offer replica/ replacement services?
Flower replica or replacement services for damaged flowers that were damaged before arriving at D&R is solely at our discretion and subject to availability and stock. If you're interested in this please reach out.
Will my resin piece yellow over time?
Unfortunately even the highest-quality resin yellows over time due to UV. Avoid keeping your piece under direct sunlight to prevent the speeding up of this process.
Will you offer colour correction in the future?
Yes in the future, we are working on a way in which to ensure the best possible results for colour correction whilst still maintaining the natural look of the flowers.
